Customers earn 1 Dealer Credit for every NZ$1 spent on eligible products at Decant Dealer.

Dealer Credits are calculated based on the actual amount paid for eligible products after any applicable discounts or sale pricing have been applied.

Shipping costs are not included when calculating Dealer Credits.

Dealer Credits are not earned on shipping charges.

Dealer Credits are credited to the customer's account once the relevant order has been delivered.

Dealer Credits earned from an order may be removed or adjusted if that order is subsequently cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed.

Customers receive 5 Dealer Credits when they create a Decant Dealer account.

Dealer Credits are linked to the customer's individual account and cannot be transferred between accounts.

250 Dealer Credits = NZ$5 off your order.

Customers may redeem up to 1,000 Dealer Credits per order, providing a maximum discount of NZ$20.

There is no minimum product spend required to redeem Dealer Credits.

Dealer Credits rewards cannot be used towards shipping costs.

Dealer Credits rewards may be used alongside free-shipping promotions and on products that are already discounted, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.

When Dealer Credits are redeemed, they are converted into a discount voucher which is valid for 24 hours.

If a redeemed voucher expires without being used, the Dealer Credits used to create that voucher will be returned to the customer's Dealer Credits balance.

Dealer Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

Customers can enter their birthday through the Dealer's Vault loyalty programme.

Customers receive 10 Dealer Credits when they initially enter their birthday as a one-time birthday entry bonus.

Customers then receive 20 Dealer Credits each year on their registered birthday.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their birthday information is entered correctly.

Changing or updating a birthday may not result in an additional birthday entry bonus or duplicate birthday reward.

Customers can earn 50 Dealer Credits when they successfully refer a new customer to Decant Dealer.

The referred customer can also receive 50 Dealer Credits when they complete their first qualifying purchase.

Referral rewards are only available where the referred person is a genuinely new Decant Dealer customer.

Referral rewards will only be issued once the referred customer's first qualifying order has been placed and completed.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, referrals involving existing customers, or referrals created through fraudulent or otherwise improper activity are not eligible for referral rewards.

Decant Dealer reserves the right to review and reject referral rewards where we reasonably believe the referral programme has been misused.

From time to time, Decant Dealer may run special Dealer's Vault promotions, including bonus Dealer Credits offers, increased earning rates or other loyalty rewards.

Promotional campaigns may have their own eligibility requirements, promotional periods and additional terms. These terms will be communicated as part of the relevant promotion.

Dealer Credits do not currently expire.

Decant Dealer reserves the right to introduce an expiry period or change the treatment of unused Dealer Credits in the future. Where reasonably practicable, customers will be given notice of any significant changes before they take effect.

If an order that generated Dealer Credits is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed, any Dealer Credits earned from that order may be removed from the customer's account.

If Dealer Credits earned from a subsequently refunded or cancelled order have already been redeemed, Decant Dealer reserves the right to reverse the associated reward and/or adjust the customer's Dealer Credits balance accordingly.

Dealer's Vault rewards are linked to the customer's Decant Dealer account.

If a customer permanently closes or deletes their account, any unused Dealer Credits associated with that account will be forfeited and cannot be transferred, refunded or reinstated.

The Dealer's Vault is intended for genuine customer participation in the Decant Dealer loyalty programme.

We reserve the right to cancel, reverse or adjust Dealer Credits or rewards where we identify suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, technical exploitation or other activity that we reasonably believe is inconsistent with these terms.

We reserve the right to correct Dealer Credit balances where points have been awarded incorrectly due to technical errors, system issues, processing errors or other circumstances.

If you believe your Dealer Credit balance is incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Decant Dealer reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or discontinue the Dealer's Vault loyalty programme at our discretion.

This may include changes to earning rates, rewards, redemption requirements, promotional offers, eligibility requirements or other aspects of the programme.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of significant changes.

The Dealer's Vault Programme are promotional loyalty rewards provided by Decant Dealer and do not constitute money, credit or a financial product.

Participation in The Dealer's Vault programme is subject to these terms and any applicable Decant Dealer terms and conditions.

Decant Dealer reserves the right to determine eligibility for the programme and to interpret and enforce these terms where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the programme.
