These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Decant Dealer website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Brand Disclaimer & Intellectual Property

Decant Dealer NZ is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or supported by any fragrance brands or manufacturers whose products are referenced or sold on this website. 

All trademarks, brand names, logos, and imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are used for the purpose of identifying the original products from which our fragrance decants are sourced. Any reference to branded products is for descriptive purposes only. 

Decant Dealer NZ makes no claim of ownership over any brand trademarks and does not intend to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Any fragrance comparison tags such as 'inspired by' or 'twist on' are intended as general scent guidance only. These are based on community feedback and are subjective opinion, and are not official claims made by the fragrance houses or perfumers.  

Products

Decant Dealer NZ sells fragrance decants, which are hand-measured portions transferred from authentic full-size bottles into smaller spray atomisers. Products are not sold in original manufacturer packaging unless explicitly stated.

 

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

Pricing Errors

While Decant Dealer NZ takes care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative solution.

 

Returns & Faults

Returns and remedies are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

 

Risk and Title

Ownership of goods passes to the customer once payment is received. Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched to the courier.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Decant Dealer NZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or Services.

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
