Decant Dealer NZ ships fragrance decants within New Zealand.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time may not include weekends or public holidays, all orders placed on weekends, or public holidays may be processed the next working day.
During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled via tracked courier services.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are dependent on the courier and are outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times of 1-3 business days and an extra 1-2 days for rural are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g. free shipping promotions). Prices are subject to change at any time set by the freight company.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout including rural deliveries if required. Decant Dealer NZ is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Courier services cannot deliver to PO Boxes, please ensure the shipping details are correct to avoid any delays.
Courier Delays & Lost Parcels
Decant Dealer NZ is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with lodging a courier enquiry where possible.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging, so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
