Returns & Refunds Policy
Return/ Refund adjustment (Customer Error)
If a refund is requested due to incorrect information provided at checkout by the customer (for example selecting standard shipping for a rural or PO address, incorrect delivery details after payment processing) a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Due to the nature of our products, Decant Dealer NZ do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
All products sold by Decant Dealer NZ are fragrance decants that are hand-measured and transferred into spray atomisers. Once opened or sprayed, these items cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will happily offer a replacement or store credit if your item is:
• Faulty
• Leaking on arrival
• Incorrect (wrong fragrance or size supplied)
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at decant.dealernz@gmail.com, including:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Dislike of scent
• Skin chemistry differences
• Accidental orders
• Opened or used products (unless faulty)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that processing times are subject to your payment provider and may take up to 10 business days to appear.
This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
