French Avenue - Amber Empire Decant

Amber Empire is rich, warm, and unapologetically luxurious - the kind of fragrance that feels like it belongs in a room with dark wood, velvet furniture, and a very expensive drinks cabinet.

It opens with a smooth blend of vanilla pod, liquor and cashmere wood, creating an immediately warm and slightly boozy sweetness. There’s something almost creamy about the opening, but the woods keep it grounded, giving the sweetness a polished, grown-up edge rather than turning it into a straight gourmand.

As it develops, glowing amber and cedarwood move to the forefront, joined by a touch of cane sugar that adds just enough sweetness to soften the woods. The result is rich and velvety, with that golden, almost molten quality you want from an amber fragrance.

The dry-down goes deeper. Tonka and sandalwood bring creamy warmth, while musk and labdanum add a darker, resinous richness underneath. It settles into smooth woods, warm amber and soft sweetness.
