Zenith Santal by French Avenue is a warm, woody fragrance built around the contrast of spicy saffron, creamy chestnut, and smooth sandalwood. Rich without being overly sweet, it has a soft gourmand quality underneath the woods that gives the fragrance a warm, almost toasted character.

Saffron takes the lead in the opening, bringing a warm, spicy quality with a slightly leathery edge. As it develops, lavender and chestnut soften the spice, with the chestnut adding a creamy, nutty warmth that gives the fragrance its gourmand side without turning it into a dessert scent.

The dry down settles into sandalwood, cedarwood, and vanilla. Creamy sandalwood forms the centre of the base, while cedarwood adds a drier woody edge and vanilla rounds everything out with a touch of sweetness.
